What to Expect at Our Factory Direct Mattress Warehouse

Factory Direct Mattress Warehouse

What comes to mind when you think of a factory direct mattress warehouse? How does it compare to a beautiful, large mattress show room? And do any of those differences matter? We think they do, and we’d love to show you exactly what to expect when you visit Gardner Mattress.

You Know Who’s Making Your Mattress

Factory direct mattresses are made by valued and trusted employees. For instance, Gardner Mattress is a family business founded in 1933 in the middle of the Depression. The work ethic and commitment to making the high quality, affordable mattresses have guided our efforts in giving good jobs to good people so that you end up with a mattress you can be confident will last for years to come.

At our mattress warehouse, your mattress is built by hand with careful attention to each step. Pocketed coils and inner springs are placed by hand, so quality control isn’t left to random selection after being pieced together by machinery.

Knowledgeable employees are committed to quality craftsmanship in every step of the mattress making process. You can be even more confident in the longevity of your mattress after you meet the people who are making them, knowing there hasn’t been compromise on quality or corners cut.

You Know What’s in Your Mattress

We use premium components in our mattress making: real cotton, real wool, and real horsehair. If there’s a certain component you’d like to know more about, such as where it’s sourced, ask! Our latex mattresses are manufactured using both the Talalay and Dunlop methods, so be sure to request the opportunity to try out both when you visit.

Since factory direct manufacturing takes your individual needs into consideration, feel free to inquire about those options, whether you are looking for a traditional, organic, hypoallergenic, or even fully customized mattress. Most of all, you can trust that what you see is what you get, and that high-quality components are used.

Our mattresses do not contain any hidden, cheap materials or poor construction techniques which result in premature sagging or break down. When you visit and tour our factory direct mattress warehouse, you get to see these materials for yourself and the difference it makes.

A Trustworthy Mattress from a Trustworthy Business

Factory direct mattress companies rival online retail giants and mass production facilities, so it stands to reason that if they can successfully keep up, it’s because they have a quality product that stands the test of time.

In the dawn of the digital age, not all brick and mortar, family-owned and -operated businesses are able to keep up with the pace of internet retail. But, when you step inside the Gardner Mattress warehouse, you’re getting the experience that an online retail giant simply can’t match: customer care, knowledgeable and skilled employees ready to answer your questions, and the confidence you’re making the right decision about the best mattress you can get at a price that can’t be beat.

Coming Home

When you visit Gardner Mattress, we believe you’ll have the feeling of coming home as we welcome you and offer a comfortable place to rest. From our downstairs fireplace to our friendly staff to the ability to lie down and try out our mattresses in our show room, you’ll find that shopping for a factory direct mattress can be a great experience.

We would love for you to compare different mattresses in our show room, learning the difference between our Dunlap and Talalay foam mattresses, or whether you prefer pocketed coils or inner springs. You can look at quilted tops, tufted mattresses, or determine if a pillow top is the perfect final touch to your mattress.

If you have any unique mattress needs, such as a hard to fit heirloom bed frame, we are fully prepared to custom build your mattress from start to finish. Because we not only understand your needs but are able to exceed your expectations, we know that your visit to our factory direct mattress warehouse isn’t just another shopping experience — it’s a place where you can meet the friendly, reliable people to entrust with your mattress needs.
